In development · beta coming soon
Larensis runs the rundown, the presentation files, main and backup computers, timers and signs — from one GO. On your local network, without the cloud.
Windows first · Mac planned · Works with Bitfocus Companion and Stream Deck
A typical event room runs on remote-desktop links between computers, folders of files opened by hand, a timer on another machine and name signs updated one by one. Larensis brings them together: the agenda drives the flow, and every screen in the room follows the same GO.
What it does
Import the agenda and press GO. The right file opens, the timer gets the talk's duration, and the lectern sign and digital nameplates change with it.
The backup computer follows the main file by file and slide by slide. If the main fails, the backup takes the lead automatically.
A Bitfocus Companion module puts GO, BACK, slides and outputs on hardware buttons, with live labels from the rundown.
Speaker timer, lectern sign, digital nameplates on tablets and foyer screens — all designed once and updated from the rundown.
New and updated files travel to every computer of the room during the show, urgent ones first, without flooding the network.
Crew displays for sound, video and lights, timing logs for production, and speaker names sent to vMix and OBS for lower thirds.
How it works
Bring in the programme — sessions, speakers, chairs and timings — in any language.
Speaker files reach the room computers on their own, matched to each talk. PowerPoint, PDF and video.
From the desk, a Stream Deck or the Room Control window. Everything in the room moves together.
Who it's for
Runs on the venue network. No internet needed during the show.
No licence check will ever interrupt a session in progress.
No watermarks and no "powered by" on anything the audience sees.
We are looking for a small group of companies and technicians to use Larensis in real rooms before launch. Beta users get early access and a say in what comes next.
Send us a short email with your company, country, the computers you use (Windows, Mac, Stream Deck) and the kind of events you run.
Email info@larensis.comWe'll only use your email to talk to you about Larensis.
